FAQ
Is moissanite a real diamond?
No. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone made from silicon carbide, with its own brilliance and fire. It is very hard (about 9.25 on the Mohs scale), so it holds up well to everyday wear.
Does it come with a certificate?
Selected pieces include a gemstone certificate or grading report when one is supplied with that item. If a certificate is included, it is stated on the product page.
Will my piece tarnish?
925 sterling silver can darken over time with moisture, perfume and household chemicals. Keep it dry, put it on last when getting ready, store it in its box and wipe it with a soft cloth. For gold-plated pieces, also keep them away from water to protect the plating.
How do I choose my size?

How fast does it ship?
Shipping is free on every order. Canadian orders usually arrive about 8–15 days after the order ships. Delivery times for other countries vary by destination. Every order includes tracking, and we email you the tracking number once it ships.
What if it’s not right?
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@everlygem.com with your order number and a few photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because each piece is prepared for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size.

These test positive for moissanite & diamonds. i do wish they had the laser inscribed gra on the stone as the store advertises. came with gra certifications, jewelry box, jewelry bag, and cleaning cloth.

Total fraud! scammer! i ordered real moissanite earrings, but this seller sent cheap cubic zirconia (fake glass) instead! they use fake gra codes. i attached a photo for comparison: look at the top item in red circle — that is a real moissanite from a good seller in professional packaging. but this scammer sent these cheap plastic bags at the bottom with fakes! another customer in the reviews had the exact same issue. absolute thieves, stay away!

Earrings with broken pins. I opened a dispute and am trying to process a return.
The clasps do not hold the earrings in place, they come off, making them impossible to wear. I do not recommend ordering this. It's like the clasps from someone else's earrings.
There's no point in them being beautiful if you can't wear them on your ears. I hope they will issue a refund.
