Is moissanite a diamond?
No. Moissanite and diamond are different gemstones with different properties. Moissanite is valued for its own brilliance, durability and beauty.

Is your moissanite certified?
Selected pieces may include a gemstone certificate or grading report when supplied with that particular product. Certification information will be stated on the individual product page where applicable.

How do I find my ring size?
Use our Ring Size Guide to measure your finger or a ring you already own. For the most accurate result, a professional jeweller can also measure your finger.

How long does delivery take?
Canadian orders typically arrive within approximately 8–15 days after your order ships. Delivery times for other countries vary by destination. Every order includes tracking, and we email you the tracking number once it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. EverlyGem offers free standard shipping on every order, to Canada and to our international destinations.

Can I return my order?
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@everlygem.com with your order number and a few clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because each piece is prepared for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection, so please review the product details and our Ring Size Guide before ordering.

How should I care for my jewellery?
