Find Your Perfect Fit
The right fit makes all the difference. Use this simple EverlyGem guide to find your ring size from the comfort of home.
Method 1 — Measure Your Finger
All you need is a thin strip of paper or non-stretch string and a ruler.
1. Wrap
Wrap the paper or string around the base of the finger where you plan to wear your ring. It should feel comfortable — snug, but not tight.
2. Mark
Mark the exact point where the ends meet.
3. Measure
Lay the paper or string flat and measure from the beginning to your mark in millimetres (mm).
4. Find Your Size
Use your measurement below to find your approximate US/Canadian ring size.

Method 2 — Measure a Ring You Already Own
Have a ring that already fits perfectly? This method is even easier.
1. Place the ring flat on a ruler.
2. Measure straight across the inside centre of the ring. Do not include the metal edges.
3. Measure in millimetres and compare it with the chart below.

Tips for the Best Fit
Your fingers naturally change size slightly throughout the day. For the best result, measure when your hands are at a comfortable temperature and preferably later in the day.
Avoid measuring immediately after being very cold or hot.
Measure the exact finger where you intend to wear the ring — the same finger on your opposite hand may be a different size.
For wider ring bands, a slightly larger size may feel more comfortable.
If your measurement falls between two available sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.
Buying a Ring as a Gift?
If possible, borrow a ring that the recipient already wears on the correct finger and use Method 2 above. Measure only the inside diameter.
